Return & Refund Policy

1. The Nature of DumDum® Products


DumDum® products are:

  • Made to order
  • 3D printed and/or hand-finished
  • Produced in small quantities

Each piece may include slight variations, textures, or marks that are part of the process and not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the nature of these products.

2. Returns & Exchanges


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor visual differences (color, texture, layer lines)
  • Natural variations resulting from handmade or 3D printed production

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Or with a clear manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Packaging condition
  • Order details

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Or partial/full refund (depending on the case)

4. Non-Returnable Items


The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

5. Order Cancellation


Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started:

  • The order cannot be canceled
  • No refund will be issued

6. Refund Process


If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via the original payment method when possible
  • Or via an agreed alternative (e.g. wallet transfer)

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are non-refundable

In approved return cases, responsibility for return shipping will be determined based on the situation

8. Our Approach


We aim to be fair and reasonable.

If something genuinely goes wrong, we will do our best to fix it.

If the issue falls within the nature of handmade production, we will explain it transparently.
