1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms, conditions, technical information, and legal notices related to DumDum® and its related products, accessories, and services. By purchasing, using, or interacting with DumDum products, you agree to the terms described in this document.
DumDum® is a creative, educational, and collectible object produced using additive manufacturing (3D printing). It is not a mass-produced toy and should be approached with care, attention, and responsibility.
2. Product Overview

Mega DumDum® (large size)
Mage Pack® (bundle)
Accessories (stands, hands, weapons, torso variants)
Playing Cards Set
Prints Pack
Gift Cards and Wallet Top-Ups
Each product may have different components, sizes, and assembly requirements.
3. Technical Description & Manufacturing Process
3.1 Manufacturing Method
All DumDum figures and accessories are produced using 3D printing technology. This process builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic materials.
As a result:
Visible layer lines are normal
Minor surface variations may occur
Each product may show small differences from others
These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
3.2 Materials Used
DumDum products are typically made using the following materials:
PLA (Polylactic Acid):
Used for outer shells and visible parts. Chosen for its rigidity, color quality, and print clarity.
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol):
Used for internal structures and joints. Selected for durability and flexibility.
Material color availability may vary by product and batch.
4. Assembly & Usage
4.1 Assembled and DIY Versions
DumDum products may be offered in two formats:
Fully Assembled
Disassembled (DIY)
Both formats result in the same final figure. The difference lies only in whether the customer participates in the assembly process.
DIY versions require:
Careful handling
Attention to orientation and fit
Following the provided assembly manual
Incorrect assembly may result in damage or incomplete assembly.
5. Safety & Age Guidance
DumDum products are not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Reasons include:
Small parts that may present choking hazards
Assembly steps requiring fine motor skills
Fragile components if mishandled
Adult supervision is advised for younger users. DumDum is not intended as a traditional children’s toy.
6. Accessories & Compatibility
Accessories such as stands, extra hands, weapons, and torso variants are designed to be compatible with DumDum figures.
Important notes:
Standard DumDum and Mega DumDum require different accessory sizes
Using incorrect sizes may result in instability or damage
Display stands attach via a dedicated adapter included with DumDum figures
Always ensure the correct accessory size is selected.
7. Replacement & Support Policy
Due to the nature of 3D printing:
Fragile parts may break during assembly
Manufacturing defects may occasionally occur
If a product arrives defective or a part breaks due to manufacturing issues, customers are encouraged to contact support. Replacement parts or products may be provided at our discretion.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or force is not automatically covered.
